Model # CR14-TDFC-DH 14 Station Coil Line TDFC Style Rollformer to form 4’ or 5’ long duct. It is made for installation in existing duct coil lines or can be used as a free-standing unit. Unit will be designed with a By-Pass Conveyor for complete Coil Line Applications to form the ‘F’ Style Flange or transfer through application.
The Rollformer will be designed with two sets of tooling to form the Lock Configuration down both edges of the of the 18 – 26 gauge part in a single pass-through operation. Unit will be designed with a simple handwheel set-up to vary the panel width in one to two minutes for width variations or for a by-pass operation. Our robust yet simplistic design makes the TDFC Rollformer the work horse of any shop for many years to come.
